THIS AGREEMENT MADE AND ENTERED BY AND BETWEEN SECURE STORAGE LLC AND:
LEASE RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. Secure Storage hereby rents unto Renter that certain space referred to as Unit specified above, located and situated at that certain premises commonly referred to as Secure Storage, by the month, beginning on today’s date, for the sum of $ amount at checkout per month.
2. It is specifically agreed and understood that neither Secure Storage nor its agent or employees shall ever be liable to Renter or to any other person or persons in or about said premises with the permission of Renter for any loss damage or personal injury sustained as a result of fire, theft, storm, water, or for any cause whatsoever. The Renter agrees to hold Secure Storage, its agreements, or employees harmless from and against any and all liability for damages or any kind or character arising regarding said rented premises whether the same is caused or contributed to by the negligence of Secure Storage, its agents or employees. No insurance of any form is provided for the Renter, or his/her property and Renter is advised to provide his/her own insurance.
3. In case of default by Renter or any of the terms herein contained or in the event Renter fails to pay the rental in advance as herein provided, Secure Storage reserves the right to terminate this agreement without any notice whatsoever. Upon such termination or at the end of terms thereof, renter agrees to surrender immediate possession of said premises. In case of any holding over by Renter or occupancy after the termination of this agreement, it is agreed that the Renter shall be obligated for any additional months said unit is used by Renter or fractional part thereof.
4. In addition to any statutory lien that may exist, Secure Storage shall have at all times a valid contractual lien for all rentals or other sums of money becoming due hereunder from Renter upon all items are situated in the premises and, upon default by renter, may enter the premises without notice of public or private sale and/or may dispose of any items by the most expedient means. Other sums of money becoming due hereunder include but are not limited to reasonable collection expenses and/or attorney’s fees.
5. Renter shall be responsible for termination of rental agreement. The Renter agrees to hold Secure Storage, its agreements, or employees harmless from and against any and all liability for any and all monies withdrawn after Renter has vacated said rented premises due to Renter failing to terminate auto-pay agreement and rental contract.
6. In the event Secure Storage has not received rent within five (5) days from the due date, Renter agrees to pay Secure Storage a late charge of $20.00 and an additional late fee of $20.00 per unit for any units thirty (30) or more days past due. An additional charge of $25.00 will be added for returned or declined payments.
7. Payments of rent and/or charges shall be with ACH, or credit card, as specified on the Payment Authorization Form.
8. Renter shall at all times keep Secure Storage advised of his/her current address, residence, and telephone number.
9. Renter shall provide, at his/her own expense, a fire extinguisher and mount same in the unit in a readily accessible place.
10. No flammable materials shall be stored in unit.
11. Renter shall at all times abide by and obey any and all laws, codes, and regulations imposed by any government or authority which has jurisdiction in the area of said premises.
12. Renter shall not store any items valued greater than $500.00 in any unit at any time.
The renter hereby acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement and understands all of the terms and conditions hereof, and by signing below, agrees to abide by this agreement.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
I understand that by initialing I am authorizing Secure Storage LLC to electronically debit my bank account, or credit card according to the terms outlined below. I acknowledge that electronic debits against my account must comply with United States Law.
Terms of Billing:
• I certify that I am an owner, or an authorized user on this account and as such I may authorize debits to said account.
• I authorize Secure Storage LLC to debit my bank account or credit card monthly.
• I understand that monthly payments will be processed on the first day of each month. Payments will be processed the following business day in the event that your financial institution is closed for any reason on the assigned due date.
• I understand that I will be charge a late fee, of $25 for any late, declined, or returned monthly rent payments.
• I understand that I may be charged a 10% fee, on any outstanding balance incurred, monthly for any and all payments not made upon due date at 30 days overdue until paid in full.
• I understand that I am fully responsible for canceling any and all automatic withdrawal agreements I enter into at such time as I am no longer occupying above rental as such, I agree to hold Secure Storage, its agreements, or employees harmless from and against any and all liability for any and all monies withdrawn after I have vacated said rented premises.
• I understand that in the event I fail to cancel agreements, Secure Storage LLC will continue to debit my account or credit card indefinitely, per payment terms and rental contract, until such time as I complete the cancellation of said agreement.
• I agree to keep all billing information current and correct, including but not limited to account details, credit card expiration, physical address associated with account, email address, and security codes.
